Questions
Frequently asked questions
What boarders, riders and parents ask about their barn's portal.
How do I get access?
Ask your barn for its sign-up link. Each barn has its own private link: open it, ask to join, and the barn approves you. Or the barn emails you an invite. Either way you set your own password, then sign in.
Can I pay my bill in Rein?
Not in the app. Your barn's payment instructions are on your home screen and every invoice. Pay the barn the way it asks, and your balance updates when they record the payment.
Does it cost me anything?
No. The barn has the Rein account. Yours comes with it.
Can I cancel or move a lesson?
Yes, from the lesson in your portal, or by text if your barn uses texting. Before you confirm a cancel you see the fee, or "No charge"; inside your barn's cancellation window there's a late-cancel fee, or you're asked to contact the barn; a move needs the barn's notice. Move a private lesson; in a group lesson you cancel only your own spot, and to move it, contact the barn.
My kids ride. Do they need accounts?
No. Your login covers them: each child's lessons, Move and Cancel, and one bill for the family with each lesson line naming the rider. Children don't need their own login or email.
My horse has two owners. What do I see?
Your share of its charges on your own invoice. Co-owners and riders see the horse's health summary; the full records stay with the owner and the barn.
Who else can see my information?
You see only your own invoices, horses and lessons. Barn staff see what their role allows.
Already board or ride at a barn on Rein?
Ask your barn for its sign-up link, or sign in. If your barn isn't on Rein yet, send them the page written for barn owners.
